Here at Kemp Insurance Agency, we have served Tuscarawas and surrounding counties since 1986, when our founder Don Kemp left his position as loan officer with Production Credit to become a local Nationwide Insurance Agent in New Philadelphia. We expanded in 1993 when Don acquired his mentor Dale Hill’s Nationwide agency. In 2009, we became a multi-generational business with the addition of Nathan Kemp, Don’s son, as an agent. In July 2020, we became an independent insurance agency, keeping Nationwide as our flagship carrier, but adding many great carriers to enhance and expand our coverage offerings.
